The Avenger D400 Jumbo grip head – also known as a heavy-duty clamp head or jumbo grip – is built for the toughest rigging jobs on set. Made from high-strength aluminum, it is designed to hold heavy-duty arms, steel pipes, large lighting fixtures, and other oversized accessories safely and securely.
The D400 features oversized jaws compatible with tubes up to 35 mm in diameter, and a long ergonomic handle for easy tightening even while wearing gloves. It’s the ideal tool for demanding grip setups, both in studio and on location, especially when strength and stability are critical.
